FUCHSBAU.ROCKS is not a festival. It's a fox den. Three days of post-punk, hardcore techno, noise, performance and forest installations — built by 400 volunteers, owned by nobody, remembered by everybody. No headliners. No VIP. Only mud.

WE ARE THE FOXES WHO STAYED IN THE WOODS
Fuchsbau — German for “fox den”. Since 2014 we turn a former clay pit forest near Hannover into a temporary autonomous zone for loud music and radical art. Started by 11 friends with a generator and a punk band. Now: a 400-strong collective, a year-round venue, and Germany’s most stubbornly independent festival.
Why .rocks?
Because we do. Guitars, gabber, concrete poetry at 3AM, brass bands in a ditch. Fuchsbau.rocks is our digital burrow: tickets, line-up drops, open calls, building diaries and survival guides. No algorithms. No ads. Just den news.

Where the hell is Fuchsbau?
Lehrte woods, 20 min from Hannover Hbf. Shuttle from station every 30 min. Bike parking, no car camping. Address drops with ticket.
Can I come with kids / dog?
Kids yes — family glade, kids hardcore band, free under 12. Dogs no — foxes and bass don’t mix. Assistance dogs welcome.
What about rain?
It’s a clay pit — it will rain, it will be glorious. All stages roofed, paths wood-chipped, ponchos €2. Mud is dresscode.
How does the 2h shift work?
Pick on arrival: bar, deco, care, trash patrol. 2 hours once per weekend. You get patch, hug and eternal glory.
Is it cashless / accessible?
Yes — cards + cash. Raised platforms, accessible toilets/showers, sign-language at talks, quiet Kessel zone.
